If you or your congregation would like to participate by handing out flyers and Kroger bags on February 19 and 26, and showing our video on the 26th, please send an email to Sue at smahlock@thefaithalliance.org. Thanks go out to Peggy Friedhoff, Mike Naber, Maggie Mahlock, Kroger and all our participating congregations for their support in continuing this very critical mission to feed those in need.

The 4th Annual “Feed our Neighbors in Need” Food Drive in March 2016 resulted in more than 27,700 pounds of food & personal hygiene products that were donated to 12 area food pantries in Butler, Warren and Hamilton Counties. With the help of 17 local congregations, we outdid last year’s total collected by more than 2,400 pounds! The estimated impact of this collaborative community event is estimated as providing enough food to feed 166 families of 4, or 664 people, 2 meals per day for 6 weeks or an estimated 55,776 meals. Praise God! That is the beauty of collaboration!

The Faith Alliance would like to thank every congregation and volunteer who donated, collected, and transported food and who lent their time and talents in a variety of ways to make this event even more successful than last year. A special thank you to Peggy Freidhoff for producing our video and Kroger for donating the grocery bags.
